Network Healthcare / Check Up
The purpose of Network Healthcare/Check-Up Service is to ensure network systems of our customers to run more efficiently, seamlessly and in a way that will keep operational costs at the lowest level, inform about the problems occurred, raise awareness and determine optimum operating conditions. This service allows us to discover electrical and grounding problems in all devices such as computer, modem, router, switch and hub and ensure these devices to run at the required performance. The works that will be carried out throughout the service by our team that consists of engineers and technicians experienced in "Network Health Check-Up" are as follows:
Checking the suitability of grounding, electrical installation of the communication system, possibility of a short circuit and adequacy of UPS supply voltage with AVO meter, it is determined if power systems work under healthy conditions.
Data, packet and such unwanted information which accumulate in communication devices and create network bottlenecks are determined and eliminated from the environment. Watching the LAN and/or WAN traffic, unnecessary traffic in the network system is detected. Recommendations about appropriate bandwidth for required traffic are made.
Electrical communication among all devices in system rooms, ambient humidity and cleanliness factors, easy intervention distances required for access to devices and maintenance-repair are examined and evaluated.
Controls of active devices: if deemed appropriate by our customer, definitions of active devices that were not installed by our company can be checked. In case of a problem observation in the definitons, solutions will be generated together. This work is evaluated and costed separately in accordance with its scope.
Finally, after all shortcoming are eliminated, requirements to allow the system run at more efficient and high performance will be presented to you with a detailed report.
In service works, depending on the network and its status, LAN Analyzer, WAN Analyzer, WLAN Analyzer, Protocol Analyzer and AVO meter tools are used.
