The answer is yes. Thanks to the system set up on a single point, you can manage the traffic in both upload and download directions. You can define separately for outbound and inbound traffics. While the voice traffic is the application for which you should reserve the most prioritized and highest bandwidth, you can enable SAP traffic to be of the highest priority in the other direction.
